By accessing or using the website at https://prestigeprocleaning.ca or engaging the services of Prestige Pro Cleaning, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Prestige Pro Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Toronto Area. Service details, scope, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions observed at the time of service.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed upon our written or verbal acceptance. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as communicated at the time of booking.

5. Access to Premises

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the scheduled service time. Prestige Pro Cleaning is not liable for delays or inability to complete services caused by restricted access.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge, subject to reasonable verification.

7. Liability

Prestige Pro Cleaning carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 48 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the value of the service rendered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Prestige Pro Cleaning and may not be reproduced or used without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
